2020 Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes:

All events listed in the meeting schedule are included in the Annual Meeting registration fee except those marked *Extra Fee.

Pre-Register Early for Meals – The Wednesday evening banquet dinner and the Wednesday/Thursday/Friday breakfasts and lunches are optional add-on events with separate fees.  Please register in advance to secure your ticket(s) for these meals.  These meals must be pre-ordered by January 19, 2020.  Meals cannot be ordered after this date, and limited seating means these events may sell out early. If you would like to order tickets for your spouse/guest so they may attend the Welcome Reception ($20), Awards Banquet ($35), Poster Reception ($20) and/or any Lunches ($15/each), please email candace.renger@gmail.com before January 19, 2020 and we will send a paylink to finalize tickets and payments for these extra costs.

Note About *Extra Fee Pre-Conference Symposia and Workshops – The pre-conference events organized by the TWS-WS Professional Development Committee have separate fees and must be registered for separately from (or in addition to) the Annual Meeting.  These events are marked on the meeting schedule as *Extra Fee.  You do not need to attend and register for the Annual Meeting to attend these pre-conference events.  The pre-conference events offered in 2020 with an additional fee include:  Wilderness First Aid; R Bootcamp; Helping Science Inform Policy Workshop; Wildlife Advocacy Training; and Wildlife Construction Monitoring/WildCAT.

*A current TWS-WS membership is required to receive the discounted Member registration rate.  

We encourage you to join TWS-WS to receive the discounted rate.   You may purchase or renew your membership directly through our meeting registration form.

** Student / Early Career Professional/Retiree:

  • Students must be current TWS-WS members and currently enrolled at a university or college or within 6 months of degree conferral.
  • Students are strongly urged to contact their local Chapter for grant support with registration fees.
  • “Early Career Professionals” are TWS-WS current members who have graduated within 3 years with a degree in a Wildlife-related field AND are employed less than full-time in a temporary/limited-term/seasonal position.
  • Retiree rate is for TWS-WS members, retired from full-time employment, who have paid Standard dues for at least three years.

ASL Interpreter

  • TWS-WS can coordinate an ASL interpreter for professionals, students, and staff for our events (including the Annual Meeting, and workshops.) Please email Treasurer@tws-west.org at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting start date to request an interpreter.
